1. How long should a water heater last?

Answer: The normal life expectancy of most of the top quality water heaters is between 8-10 years. Sometimes they can last much longer if they are cared for property. Also note that a quality water softener can help lengthen that life substantially.

2. Do you offer after hours service?

Answer: We currently offer plumbing services during regular business hours of 8 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday. We try to accommodate any plumbing emergency.

3. Are you a licensed company?

Answer: We are a fully licensed, insured and bonded plumbing company located in Tampa, FL. We hold policies that are above the minimum requirements of the state of Florida. We are able to pull permits and work in any county in the entire state of Florida.

4. Do you offer senior discounts?

Answer: Yes we offer a 10% plumbing discount for all senior citizens. We also offer the same 10% discounts for military, law enforcement, first responders, and educators.

5. Do you offer warranties on your plumbing services?

Answer: We offer a full 1yr warranty on all plumbing service repairs and offer a 30 day warranty on all drain cleaning services.

6. Would you install products that a customer purchases?

Answer: Yes we will gladly install any customer supplied products. From toilet repair and installation to faucets, water heater installation and repair and everything in between.

7. Do you work on commercial jobs too?

Answer: Yes we not only offer residential plumbing services, but we are licensed commercial and industrial plumbers serving Tampa Bay’s business community.

8. What is your pricing like?

Answer: We offer our plumbing services on a flat rate pricing schedule, meaning you pay by the job and not by the hour. We will let you know the price of the job before we start working so you know the costs up front. That way there is no “sticker’ shock at the end of the job. We do charge a service call fee of $105 but are happy to waive that if any work is approved to be completed during the visit or added to the schedule with the office to return. We believe that customer service is the most important part of a plumbing company. This is something that has been forgotten by too many other companies. This truly sets us far apart from our competition.

9. What kind of technology do you have?

Answer: We have all of the state of the art technology including infrared video camera equipment so we can look inside your drain pipes to determine the condition of the pipes and the exact location of any possible problem locations. We also offer the service of state of the art electronic leak detection where the use of ultra sonic frequencies to locate leaks in your water piping from the smallest of leaks to the largest.

10. Do you hire just anyone?

Answer: ABSOLUTELY NOT. We only employ only the best of the best plumbers. All of our service plumbers must have a minimum of 10 years verifiable service experience. They also must pass through rigorous background checks and a very thorough 9 panel drug screening. This way you only get a responsible plumber in your home or place of business. We do employ younger (helper) type plumbers after they’ve passed adult education plumbing courses so they know the true basics of plumbing, but they are far from ready to go into a service van on they’re own. This will take a minimum of 3 years to train them the right way to repair plumbing projects.
